Aligned Bliss 200hr Yoga Training
The Aligned Bliss Yoga 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is a comprehensive program designed to meet Yoga Alliance standards while guiding students into a deeper understanding of yoga as both a practice and a way of living.
This training goes beyond learning how to teach postures. It explores the science and philosophy behind the practice, helping future teachers develop clarity, confidence, and authenticity in their teaching.
Throughout the program, students will study:
Functional alignment and anatomy to support safe and intelligent movement
Trauma Informed Care
Neuroplasticity and how yoga can support lasting change in the brain and body
Yoga philosophy and traditional teachings to connect modern practice with the deeper roots of yoga
Breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness practices
Skillful sequencing and class design
The art of holding space and guiding students safely
